I have connected my Charging Adhesive Mount to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If your Charging Adhesive Mount Pro is connected to a power source but the LED on the back of the charging disc does not light up, the issue may be due to one of the following factors:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

Please first verify that the power source has an output of 5V/2A and check all connections.

Test if the issue persists when connecting the charging station to a different 5V/2A power source using an alternative cable.

If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our customer support with the following information:

  • Confirm that the device is defective and that charging from the smartphone is not possible.
  • Provide details about the power source (watts/volts/amps/power delivery/quick charge).
  • Specify the cable used to connect the charging station.
  • Note that you have already tested with an alternative cable on a different 5V/2A power source.
  • If possible, include a short video showing the connection and the lack of charging.
  • Provide your name, order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and delivery address.
