I have connected my Charging Module to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you have connected the Charging Module to a power source and your smartphone is not charging, there are three potential factors to consider:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

First, ensure that the power source provides 5V/2A and check all connections.

If possible, connect an alternative device to the cable to verify if energy is flowing.

Also, test if connecting the Charging Module SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source with an alternative cable makes a difference.

If your smartphone still does not charge after these checks, please contact our customer support with the following details:

  1. Specify that your smartphone is not charging at all.
  2. Provide information about the power source and its output (watts/volts/amps/power delivery/quick charge).
  3. Inform us of the cable used to connect the charging station to the power source:
    • Supplied USB-A/USB-C Cable
    • CABLE 12V DC SPC+
    • SPC 12V HARD WIRE CABLE
    • Third-party cable (please include an online product link if applicable)
  4. If possible, send a short video that clearly shows the connection and the issue with charging.
  5. Provide your name, order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and delivery address.
