I have connected my Charging Pad SPC+ to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you have connected the Charging Pad SPC+ to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging disc does not light up, only 3 factors can be responsible for this:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

Please first make sure that the connection is to a power source with an output of 5V/2A and check all interfaces.

Please check if connecting the Charging Pad SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source with an alternative cable makes a difference.

If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our customer support with the following information:

  1. Clarify that this is a defective device and that charging from the smartphone is not possible.
  2. Provide details about the power source and its output (watts / volts / amps / power delivery / quick charge).
  3. Indicate which cable you used to connect the charging station and confirm that you have tested the function with an alternative cable on a different 5V/2A power source.
  4. If possible, send a short video that clearly documents the connection and the lack of charge.
  5. Provide your name, the order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and a delivery address.
