I have connected my Charging Suction Mount to a power source, but it is not functioning. Why is this happening and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago
If you have connected your Charging Suction Mount to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging pad does not light up, there are only three factors that could be responsible:
- Charging station
- Connection cable
- Power source
First, make sure that the connection is to a power source with a rating of 5V/2A, and check all interfaces.
Please check if there is a difference when you connect the charging station to another 5V/2A power source using an alternative cable.
If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:
- Please specify that it is a defective device and that charging your smartphone is not possible.
- Please provide our support team with details about the power source and its specifications (Watt/Volt/Ampere/Power Delivery/Quick Charge).
- Let our support team know which cable you used to connect the charging station.
- Please confirm that you have already tested the function with an alternative cable and a different 5V/2A power source.
- If possible, please send our support a short video documenting the connection and the missing charging process.
- Please provide your name, order number from our online store, a purchase receipt, and your shipping address to our support team.
