I have connected my Charging Suction Mount to a power source, but it is not functioning. Why is this happening and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you have connected your Charging Suction Mount to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging pad does not light up, there are only three factors that could be responsible:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

First, make sure that the connection is to a power source with a rating of 5V/2A, and check all interfaces.

Please check if there is a difference when you connect the charging station to another 5V/2A power source using an alternative cable.

If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:

  1. Please specify that it is a defective device and that charging your smartphone is not possible.
  2. Please provide our support team with details about the power source and its specifications (Watt/Volt/Ampere/Power Delivery/Quick Charge).
  3. Let our support team know which cable you used to connect the charging station.
  4. Please confirm that you have already tested the function with an alternative cable and a different 5V/2A power source.
  5. If possible, please send our support a short video documenting the connection and the missing charging process.
  6. Please provide your name, order number from our online store, a purchase receipt, and your shipping address to our support team.
