I have connected my Charging Vent Mount SPC+ to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. Why is that and what can I do? copyUpdated 2 months ago

If you have connected your Charging Vent Mount to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging disc does not light up, only 3 factors can be responsible for this:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

Please first ensure that the power source provides an output of 5V/2A and check all connections.

Try connecting the charging station to a different 5V/2A power source using an alternative cable to see if it makes a difference.

If the LED still does not light up after these checks, please contact our customer support with the following information:

  1. Clarify that the device appears to be defective and that charging from the smartphone is not possible.
  2. Provide details about the power source and its output (watts / volts / amps / power delivery / quick charge).
  3. Specify which cable you used to connect the charging station, and confirm that you have tested it with an alternative cable on a different 5V/2A power source.
  4. If possible, send a short video that clearly shows the connection and the lack of charge.
  5. Include your name, order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and delivery address.
