I have plugged my Charging Office Stand into a power source but it doesn't seem to be working. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you have connected the Charging Office Stand SPC+ to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging disc does not light up, there are only 3 factors that could be responsible:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

Please first ensure that the connection is to a power source with an output of 5V/2A and check all interfaces.

Next, check if connecting the Charging Office Stand SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source with an alternative cable makes any difference.

If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:

  1. Clarify that the device is defective and that charging from the smartphone is not possible.
  2. Provide details of the power source and its output (watts / volts / amps / Power Delivery / Quick Charge).
  3. Inform us which cable you used to connect the charging station to the power source.
  4. Note that you have already tested the function with an alternative cable on a different 5V/2A power source.
  5. If possible, send a short video documenting the connection and the lack of charge.
  6. Provide your name, order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and delivery address.
