I have plugged my Charging Office Stand into a power source but it doesn't seem to be working. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago
If you have connected the Charging Office Stand SPC+ to a power source and the LED on the back of the charging disc does not light up, there are only 3 factors that could be responsible:
- Charging station
- Connection cable
- Power source
Please first ensure that the connection is to a power source with an output of 5V/2A and check all interfaces.
Next, check if connecting the Charging Office Stand SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source with an alternative cable makes any difference.
If the LED still does not light up after these tests, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:
- Clarify that the device is defective and that charging from the smartphone is not possible.
- Provide details of the power source and its output (watts / volts / amps / Power Delivery / Quick Charge).
- Inform us which cable you used to connect the charging station to the power source.
- Note that you have already tested the function with an alternative cable on a different 5V/2A power source.
- If possible, send a short video documenting the connection and the lack of charge.
- Provide your name, order number from our online store, proof of purchase, and delivery address.
