  1. Place a new order for the correct item in our online store. Your new order will be shipped immediately, and you'll receive it within the next few working days.

  2. Use our return form to make the return process easy. Fill out the form and submit it on the Returns page.

  3. After submitting the return form, we'll provide you with a free return label to simplify the return process.

    • Please note: Free returns are only available within the EU. Customers outside the EU are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will check it. After successful verification, your refund will be processed immediately.
