I want to cancel/change my order. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please first check whether you have received a shipping confirmation. Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.

1) If you have received a shipping confirmation:

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. We recommend checking the shipment tracking regularly. If the package has not yet been delivered, you can refuse to accept it, and it will be automatically returned. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package.

If refusing the package is not possible, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. They will gladly provide you with a free return label. Please provide your name and order number.

2) If you have not received a shipping confirmation:

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, even after checking your SPAM folder, please contact our customer support immediately. They can assist with making changes, additions, or cancellations. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible at this stage. Don’t forget to include your name and order number when reaching out.
