In my opinion, my smartphone charges too slowly with the Charging Module. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

Our Charging Module delivers a wireless charge of up to 15 watts. However, the actual charging speed may vary due to several factors.

Factors affecting charging speed include the type of smartphone you have and its compatibility with the charging module. Some phones are more efficient with wireless charging than others.

Additionally, settings on your smartphone and external factors, especially temperature, play a significant role.

If you are not satisfied with the charging speed, try the following tips:

  • Set your smartphone's screen to adaptive brightness to conserve energy, and close any background apps that may consume additional resources.
  • When navigating, use offline maps to avoid constant data downloads, which increase energy consumption.
  • Keep your charger and smartphone away from direct sunlight, as excessive heat can impact charging speed.
  • If possible, place your smartphone and charging station in a cooler environment, ideally around 20 degrees Celsius.

Using components with Power Delivery or Quick Charge 3.0 can enhance charging performance. These technologies enable more efficient energy transfer and better adaptation to your smartphone's requirements.

If you have tried these tips and still find the charging speed unsatisfactory, please contact our customer support. Provide your order number from the online shop or proof of purchase along with your delivery address. Also, include details about the components used, such as the model of your charger and charging module, and the connection method. This information will help us investigate the issue further and offer the best possible resolution. You can reach our support at [email protected].
