Received the wrong Phone Case model - what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you received the wrong phone case for your smartphone model, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. A screenshot of your smartphone model:

    • Apple users: Go to Settings > General > About
    • Android users: Go to Settings > About phone

  3. A photo of the embossing inside the delivered phone case that shows the model.

Our customer support team will promptly send you the correct model and provide a free return label for returning the incorrect item.
