I have connected my Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago
If your Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ is connected to a power source but your smartphone is not charging, the issue could be due to one of the following factors:
- Charging station
- Connection cable
- Power source
First, ensure that the power source is 5V/2A and check all connections.
If possible, connect an alternative device to the cable to verify if energy is flowing.
Next, try connecting the Charging Module SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source using another cable.
If your smartphone still does not charge after these checks, please contact our customer support with the following information:
- Confirm that your smartphone is not charging at all.
- Provide details about the power source (watts/volts/amps/power delivery/quick charge).
- Specify the cable used to connect the charging station to the power source:
