I have connected my Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ to a power source, but it doesn't seem to be working. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago

If your Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ is connected to a power source but your smartphone is not charging, the issue could be due to one of the following factors:

  • Charging station
  • Connection cable
  • Power source

First, ensure that the power source is 5V/2A and check all connections.

If possible, connect an alternative device to the cable to verify if energy is flowing.

Next, try connecting the Charging Module SPC+ to a different 5V/2A power source using another cable.

If your smartphone still does not charge after these checks, please contact our customer support with the following information:

  1. Confirm that your smartphone is not charging at all.
  2. Provide details about the power source (watts/volts/amps/power delivery/quick charge).
  3. Specify the cable used to connect the charging station to the power source:
    • Supplied USB-A/USB-C Cable
    • CABLE 12V DC SPC+
    • SPC 12V HARD WIRE CABLE
    • Third-party cable (include an online product link if applicable)
  4. If possible, send a short video showing the connection and the lack of charging.
  5. Provide your name, order number from our online store, or proof of purchase along with your delivery address.
