In my opinion, my smartphone charges too slowly with the Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+. Why is that and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago
Our SPC+ delivers a wireless charge of up to 15 watts. However, the actual charging speed may vary due to various factors.
For example, the performance may depend on the smartphone you use and how well it works with the charging module. Some phones are more efficient at wireless charging than others.
The settings on your smartphone and external factors, especially temperature, also play a significant role in charging speed.
If you are not satisfied with the charging speed, try the following tips:
- Set your smartphone's screen to adaptive brightness to save energy and close any background apps that may consume additional resources.
- When navigating, use offline maps to avoid constant data downloads and reduced energy consumption.
- Keep your charger and smartphone away from direct sunlight to prevent heat from affecting the charging speed.
- Maintain a cooler environment for your smartphone and charging station, ideally around 20 degrees Celsius.
- Use components with performance equivalent to Power Delivery or Quick Charge 3.0, which enable more efficient energy transfer and better adaptation to your smartphone’s requirements.
If you have tried these tips and the charging speed remains unsatisfactory, please contact our customer support.
